That detail also makes the rough edges visible. The Terms and licence material use different company suffixes for the operator. Public pages did not show one fixed welcome offer with full wagering terms. KYC is required at stated milestones, and the standard withdrawal limit is $10,000 per 24 hours unless Winna approves an exception.

The licence validates the domain, but the company suffix varies

Winna states that it launched in late 2024. The Terms name GG Gaming LLC as the operator. The Tobique Gaming Commission validator uses GG Gaming Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, while Winna's licence help page also shortens that name to GG Gaming S.R.L. The sources use the same Costa Rican address, but they do not explain the naming difference.

The validator lists winna.com and www.winna.com under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023. No conventional public licence number appeared in the reviewed legal pages. This review therefore treats the live domain seal as the verification method and does not invent a licence number.

Casino catalogue

Slots dominate a broad, overlapping library

The observed counters showed 6,241 slots, 129 live casino titles, 54 game shows, 84 table games and 15 Winna Originals. Those numbers overlap. A game show can also appear in live casino, while roulette can sit in both live and table categories. Adding the counters would create a misleading total.

The 86 provider routes found on 24 July 2026 are a firmer indicator of catalogue breadth than older copy that mentions 39 providers. Major names include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, BGaming, Nolimit City and Play'n GO.

Winna describes its in-house games as provably fair. The published implementation explains server seeds, client seeds, nonces and HMAC-SHA256 result generation for most Originals. Goal was live when the evidence was collected, but its game-specific mapping was absent from the implementation article. Third-party slots should not be presented as using Winna's own seed verifier.

Winna names BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, TRX, BNB, DOGE, TON, DAI and SHFL. The reviewed cashier exposed four networks for both USDT and USDC: ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana. Sending funds over the wrong network can make them unrecoverable.

In the retained pre-submit check, USDT on TRC20 showed a $5 deposit minimum, 20 confirmations and an estimate below one minute. A USDT ERC20 withdrawal showed a $20 minimum and an estimated network fee close to $0.20. These are snapshots, not fixed prices or service guarantees.

The AML policy requires customer due diligence within 30 days of the first deposit, before the first withdrawal and before a player wagers EUR 2,000 equivalent. Suspicion, unusual activity or doubt about supplied information can trigger checks sooner. Documents may include government ID, recent proof of address, payment-method ownership and source-of-funds evidence.
